By actual project effort, transparent and traceable. The scope is defined jointly in advance.
Months, depending on the scope of the engagement. Running the foundation is part of it, not an add-on.
The foundation is yours. The connection follows open standards — you are not tied to any vendor, including us.
What drives the effort: the number of sources to connect, how accessible they are, whether source code is included and whether the infrastructure runs with us or with you. After the first conversation we can estimate this reliably.
