We come on site, build the layer beneath your systems and hand it over. No new software for your staff, no changed process, no production system touched.
We look at what is actually there.
Before anything is built, we walk your landscape — system by system.
Which line-of-business systems run, which databases sit behind them, which repositories exist, which mailboxes matter. At fifteen or fifty systems this list alone is already a result — most companies do not have it in complete form. Then the second question: what do you want to be able to answer in future? That answer comes from you, not from us.
We build the access layer.
Every source is made readable without any of them being changed.
We use MCP for this — an open standard for AI systems accessing data sources. Source code is additionally indexed via SCIP, so it becomes visible not only that something changed but what depends on it. Every connection is strictly read-only and fully logged. Because the standards are open, we build in no vendor — not even ourselves.
We collect the estate every night.
The crawler runs through everything with a database — while your systems are idle.
Line-of-business systems, ERP, ticket systems, mailboxes, repositories. Every run is logged and traceable: which source, what scope, how long. By morning the estate is current — not once a year, but every day.
Then you take over.
Your people build their own agents and analyses on the foundation — with Claude or another model.
We train your team, accompany the first agents and operate the infrastructure for as long as you want. What you check with it and how you judge it is your decision. We deliver no assessment of your work.
