Why we don't tell you what to do.
We work with companies that have been building regulated technology for decades. It would be presumptuous to explain quality to them after four weeks.
Nobody knows better than the manufacturer what quality means.
That is why we don't tell you.
We did not interpret your standard, did not design your processes and did not make your mistakes. We were at none of your audits. And you have seen enough consultants explain, after four weeks, what is wrong inside your company.
What is missing is rarely the insight.
It is the data.
The information already exists — in line-of-business systems, in source code, in mailboxes, in spreadsheets on file shares, in systems spanning three decades. It simply isn't queryable. So it gets assembled by hand, once a year, shortly before the audit. And is out of date the day after.
And we replace nothing.
You have lived through migration projects. You know what replacing a system costs in a company of your size — in money, in nerves, in trust. We touch no running system. We add a layer underneath that reads. If it brings you nothing, switch it off and everything continues as before.
We change that —
and then step aside.
We build the foundation and hand it over. From then on you ask the questions, define the criteria and build the analyses that fit your company. The connection follows open standards — you are not tied to any vendor, including us.
